Each member’s storage usage is combined to calculate the workspace’s total storage. This total is tracked monthly and compared against the included storage limits to determine if any overage fees apply.
Storage overage costs are applied when the total storage used by members in your workspace exceeds the included storage with the members fee. Additional usage is billed at the end of each month.
LucidLink uses the decimal-based standard for measuring data capacity, where 1 TB is equal to 1000 GB.
LucidLink calculates monthly invoices based on the average storage used across all filespaces in your workspace over the month.
Yes, LucidLink is required to collect applicable taxes based on your location’s tax regulations and the specific product purchased. Taxes are calculated according to the address provided in the LucidLink WebPortal. Prices shown on our website do not include sales tax or VAT, as these are added at the time of invoicing. LucidLink reserves the right to adjust applicable taxes as required by law.
To prevent charges for the next billing cycle, delete your workspace within the current billing period. Charges will apply through the end of the period in which deletion occurs.
Yes, LucidLink’s pricing model charges per member. Costs apply as long as members are active in a filespace, even if no data is stored.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remaining days in the month.

Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual billing to benefit from discounted rates. Annual billing commitments are for 12 months, while monthly billing allows more flexibility.
Upon canceling your subscription, you retain access to your filespaces until the end of the current billing period. We recommend backing up any data you wish to retain before the end of your subscription.
You can view your current storage usage, active members, and billing details through your account dashboard, accessible from within the LucidLink web and desktop apps.
Billing cannot be paused. To stop incurring charges, you’ll need to delete your workspace. Charges apply until the end of the billing period.
LucidLink accepts major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For enterprise plans, we also support invoicing with payment by bank transfer.
The new LucidLink Enterprise plan, combining LucidLink Classic with high-performance AWS storage, offers this smooth upgrade path. This plan includes all egress costs, eliminating the need to migrate customer data when upgrading.
Current LucidLink Classic customers will remain on their existing pricing model and will not be impacted by the new pricing unless they create a new LucidLink workspace. For additional details, please refer to this information.
